Bladestorm Aalborg ApS ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). WHAT WE COLLECT - Account details you provide when you create a blader profile: your name, blader alias, email address and a securely stored (hashed) password. - Battle sign-up details: the battles you register for and an optional phone number. - Messages you send us through the contact form: your name, email, optional phone and message. WHY WE USE IT - To create and manage your account and blader profile. - To register you for battles and manage attendance and capacity. - To process payments for paid battles (handled by our payment provider). - To respond to your enquiries. LEGAL BASIS We process your data to perform our contract with you (managing your account and sign-ups), on the basis of your consent (contact messages), and our legitimate interest in running safe, well-organised events. PAYMENTS Paid battles are processed securely through our payment partner. We do not store your full card details on our systems. SHARING We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and process payments, and where required by law. RETENTION We keep account and registration data for as long as your account is active, and contact messages for up to 24 months, after which they are deleted. YOUR RIGHTS You have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any right, email hello@bladestorm-aalborg.dk.
