These terms govern your use of the Bladestorm Aalborg website and participation in our events. ACCOUNTS You must provide accurate information when creating a profile and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. BATTLE SIGN-UPS Signing up for a battle reserves a spot subject to capacity. Free battles are confirmed instantly. Paid battles are confirmed once payment is completed. PAYMENTS & REFUNDS Prices for paid battles are shown in Danish kroner (DKK) and include applicable taxes. If you cannot attend a paid battle, contact us at least 48 hours before the event for a refund or transfer, subject to our discretion. No-shows are not refunded. CONDUCT Bladers are expected to compete fairly, follow referee decisions and treat other participants and venues with respect. We may remove anyone behaving abusively or unsafely, without refund. EVENTS We may change, reschedule or cancel a battle. If we cancel a paid battle, you will receive a full refund. LIABILITY Participation is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Bladestorm Aalborg ApS is not liable for personal injury, loss or damage except where caused by our negligence. CHANGES We may update these terms; the current version is always published here. GOVERNING LAW These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
